Your pre-collection checklist
Before you book
Check eligibility and have your details ready.
Driver age and experience
You must be aged 21 to 75 and have held a valid driver licence for at least 12 months. Every approved driver must meet these requirements.
What to prepare
Rental remains subject to approval and the booking eligibility checks.
Your licence and contact details
Have your licence number, issuing country, expiry date, residential address and contact details ready when booking.
What to prepare
Keep your information accurate and ready for the secure booking form. Do not send licence documents by email.
After payment, before collection
Return to your private booking page to complete these steps in order.
Identity verification
After rental payment, complete the secure identity check with an accepted photo ID and a selfie.

Use the secure link from your booking to complete identity verification after payment.
Signed rental agreement
Review and electronically sign your agreement before vehicle collection.
What to prepare
The signed Rental Agreement contains the binding conditions for your rental.
Security bond
A separate security bond is authorised on your card before collection. The amount is displayed for your vehicle; release or capture is subject to the Rental Agreement.

The bond is separate from the rental payment. Check the vehicle page for its current amount.
